Kiera Dyson

Undergraduate Research Assistant

Kiera is a third year undergraduate student majoring in Anthropology & Human Biology with a double major in Sociology. She has always had an interest in STEM fields and is captivated by the study of the brain. Being a dancer, she is intrigued by the mind-body connection and how we experience pain. She hopes to combine scientific knowledge with sociological concepts to better understand how pain is perceived and how suffering can be alleviated.  She is excited to be a part of the PaIN Lab and be involved in research! Kiera is originally from Reno, Nevada and loves to ski and hike in her free time.
