Adrian has always been passionate about science and the medical field from a young age. Growing up in Miami, FL he attended The Honors College at Miami Dade College and attained an Associate of Arts with Honors in Biology. Prior to transferring to Emory, he pursued his passion for science as a Laboratory Assistant for the Biology and Physics departments, as well as a peer-mentor for first-year students pursuing STEM degrees. Currently he is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology at Emory, and ultimately hopes to pursue a career in the medical field via a MD/Ph.D. pathway.
