Maggie Gunter

Since high school, Maggie Gunter has been interested in studying neuroscience and the function of the brain. As a third year undergraduate of Emory University, she has focused on healthcare accessibility by working with doctors to provide free medical care in Honduras over the summer and the rural United States during the school year. She also has a strong passion for chemistry and worked as a Supplemental Instructor for introductory chemistry and participated in inorganic chemistry research as part of Emory's 2019 SURE program. Her goals are to attend medical school after graduating from Emory and pursue a specialization in neurology with an emphasis on speech-language pathology.
